I’m Serina Soto, a Registered Dietitian, Strength Coach, and Wellness Educator based in Alhambra, California. I work with teens and adults throughout the San Gabriel Valley, Pasadena area, and virtually with clients anywhere. I help individuals transform their lives through proper nutrition, intentional movement, and a mindset rooted in growth. My work is grounded in helping people reconnect to their strength, both physically and mentally, so they can move with confidence and live with purpose.
I support my clients in building muscle and strength, improving performance, increasing energy, and creating habits that are sustainable and supportive of their long-term goals. Health is more than just workouts and clean eating. It is about fueling with purpose, moving with intention, and optimizing both body and mind to support overall well-being.
Beyond nutrition, I focus on mobility, injury prevention, muscle imbalances, and posture correction, ensuring clients move efficiently while reducing their risk of injury. My approach is rooted in science-based strategies that help clients achieve their goals, whether that’s building muscle, improving athletic performance, losing weight, or enhancing overall well-being. I emphasize not only the physical aspects of fitness but also fostering a positive mindset and sustainable lifestyle changes to optimize health-span, performance, and longevity.
I believe that fueling your body with the right nutrients, practicing mindful eating, and fostering a supportive community are key to creating lasting change. It’s not just about working out, it’s about moving with purpose. It’s not just about eating well, it’s about building lifelong habits.
My mission is to help youth and individuals of all ages build a stronger foundation through nutrition, movement, strength, mobility, and mindset. I guide people back to their health, their power, and their purpose through habit-building, honest conversations, and meaningful connection. I believe in creating a space where people feel supported, capable, and strong inside and out.
Health is not just about nutrition or how your body looks. It is about your mindset, how you manage stress, how well you sleep, how you move, and how connected you feel to yourself and others. Real health is about balance. It is learning to nourish your body without obsession, move with purpose, and create habits that support your lifestyle instead of working against it. It is also about helping people figure out what works best for their body rather than following one-size-fits-all trends or quick fixes that lead to burnout or confusion.
To me, real health means feeling strong, grounded, and in control of your life. It is about building strength, improving mobility, and fueling your body with real, whole foods instead of relying on ultra-processed products or constant convenience. It means getting back into the kitchen, slowing down, and making intentional choices that support your energy, mood, and long-term well-being. Most of all, it is about creating a life where you feel empowered physically, mentally, and emotionally.
This generation of teenagers is growing up in a world that is louder, faster, and more overwhelming than ever before. Social media, pressure to perform, unrealistic body standards, and a constant stream of information have made it harder for teens to stay grounded in who they are and what their body truly needs.
I chose to focus on teenagers because I believe this is where the greatest impact starts. High school is a critical stage where teens are shaping their habits, building their identity, and learning how to take care of themselves. In my experience, teens are curious, open, and not yet set in their ways. They are much easier to mold, and when given the right tools and support, they thrive. If we can reach them now before harmful habits take root, we can help them build a foundation of strength, awareness, and confidence that will carry into adulthood.
Working with teens means creating a safe space where they feel seen, supported, and challenged in a healthy way. It is about empowering them with real education, not diet culture. Encouraging strength, not shame. And helping them become resilient, self-aware individuals who feel capable in both their body and mind.
