To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly request at least a 12 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of personal training sessions. A cancellation fee may apply for changes made outside of this timeframe.
Unfortunately, I do not offer refunds for advance payments made. However, I am happy to facilitate transfers to alternative individuals or services upon request.
We understand that life can get hectic. If you anticipate being late, please notify me as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances, I will make every effort to accommodate the remaining time within the session. However, in cases of significant lateness, the session may need to be shortened to ensure fairness to other clients and to maintain the schedule.
Cash, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and checks. For payments made online via credit card, a 5% charge will be added to your total.

I have experience working with clients with various injuries and will create a safe, effective workout routine that helps you stay active and improve your fitness without aggravating your injury. We'll focus on exercises that promote healing, strengthen surrounding muscles, and enhance overall mobility.

I'm currently training all my in-person clients at Mission Fitness Center, located at 690 Date Ave., Alhambra, CA. All fees processed with me include your entrance fee for the day, with no extra charges unless you choose to get your own monthly membership. Monthly memberships are available for $65 on a month-to-month basis, with no contracts and no initiation fees.
